LyreBird Field Unit
Collects data for transport (updating and sending data every 5-20 seconds).

Outputs (dry contact COM/NO/NC)
- Turn relay states on or off on request or auto command
- Collect relay state data and send
- Storm Mode: Automatically disconnect electrical equipment from the power source during an lightning storm.
Handle data directed to itself.
Automated Commands
- Commands from paired unit to turn outputs on/off
- Updating output status data packet and send
- Receives commands until state change request
Manual Commands
- Manual mode [unit will not auto-update output state until manual is cancelled]
- Perhaps a pipe burst – the operator stops the pump for repairs via his LyreBird System via his phone, temporarily disabling auto function.
- Manual control to turn pump off
- Manual control to turn pump on to test
- Output status update to manual mode active and send
Communication Protocol
Message prioritized protocol listen for any data packet received and resend, essentially creating a communications web connecting multiple units ensuring accurate data transfer eliminating packet losses. Chirp technologies.
LyreBird Repeater Unit
This unit is placed on an elevated position to bridge topography and link LyreBird units.
LyreBird Tracking Unit
This unit keeps track of its own position periodically updating the data server.
LyreBird Server Unit
Server unit links the LyreBird Systems to a data server with an interactive dashboard that can be accessed from anywhere in the world with internet access (Personal computer/tablet/phone). LyreBird System is not dependent on an internet connection to perform duties as units communicate amongst each other to keep functionality alive.
